“I bought George of Vicky through sales livery, George has been fabulous in the week I’ve had him so far, we’ve jumped and hacked and he’s already giving me confidence. Excellent trial facilities and quick response to enquiries . Would recommended anyone looking for a new horse to check out Chew Valley, very experienced, friendly and knowledgable people! “

About

Victoria CoyleOwner and manager Vicky Coyle initially worked in England for Ros Morgan (Bevan) and Lynn Bevan competing up to Be Intermediate level. Vicky went abroad to Switzerland and worked for Phillipe Geudat (Father of Steve and current Chef D’Equipe of Brazils showjumping team) and for the Mandlis (Leslie Mcnaught Mandli former No 1 woman rider in the world and Sydney Olympics Silver medalist) and Beat Mandli also a medalist at Sydney. She also managed yards in Greece and Italy before working in  America for Tim Grubb (Silver medalist in Los Angeles).

On returning to England she had a break from horses and had a family before setting up Chew Valley Equestrian in 2017.

“Its been a dream of mine to own a yard and we aim to continuously improve the facilities and provide outstanding service for clients and have some ambitious plans for 2023 and beyond!”

A fantastic buying experience from Vicky and Tara. I had to travel a long way to view this particular horse we liked and Vicky answered all my questions honestly and openly before we made the journey. I found her to be 100% honest and straight talking. Vicky was accommodating in every way from providing video footage, photos, talking me through BE records, trying the horse, being there for the vetting and being flexible with collection/transporting. Would definitely recommend.
